Booking & Payment Policy

To reserve your family’s spot, you can make a minimum 30% deposit through the payment links below (PayPal, Wise, or Mexican bank transfer).


The remaining balance is kindly requested at least 15 days before your arrival, so we can lovingly prepare everything for your stay.

If you prefer, you may also complete full payment at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel 15 days or more in advance, we’ll gladly refund 70% of your deposit or payment.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
